The second article is three years old. At the time it was published, I remember the article was pretty thoroughly flogged when it made the claim hunters were killing hibernating bears and cubs. It seemed like it went away, but, does not appear to have vanished.

Ted, misinformation of the internet lives forever. Al should have fixed that when he invented it don't you think? And I find most fact checkers are more biased than the facts they are checking. So smart people take everything with a very large grain of salt.
