ADKIN hammerless with external manual cocking levers, unusual configuration c. 1860. Cannot yet find a way to remove the extractor in prepping for browning. There is a screw that goes through the breech face of the extractor that may or may not come out. Here is a couple photos of the breech end of the barrels. The angled cross member is actuated when the gun is opened and there is no extractor tab at the front of the receiver. thanks!

just a guess?..have both levers pointing strait down ...pull out extractor.....

Interesting puzzle... It had to go in some way. My bet is a particular position of the levers, and removal of the threaded pin. Just be careful, a came across a very small retaining pin on an old English lathe once that was a left hand thread....
