So I take this is an obsolete Russian triple barrel gun from the 1960s intended for hunting birds, small and medium game. Its most common rifle caliber seemingly was little known "6,5 mm hunting cartridge"(based on 7.62mm Nagant revolver case), while the shotgun barrels were standard 20 gauge. This hammer drilling gun was not mass produced and exported, as was the Russian hammer double shotgun (TOZ-63 etc.), but was made to order - as I found out from the third link above.
So this is history.
However, if this or similar gun was re-introduced in 20 Mag. and generally available rifle cartridges, such as .223 Rem., .30-30 Win., 7.62x39 or even 7.62x54R, it might find a new interest worldwide. Maybe from one of the Turkish makers ...
