20G Standard velocity load is 24 grains under 3/4 oz lead shot. This is taken from a label on a tin of Smokeless Diamond - which also states that it can be loaded " same as black powder". ie bulk for bulk.
This is on the basis of the particular version of powder being a 33 grain equivalent ( to 3 drams BP ) however there was also a modified version of SD which was a 36 grain equivalent.
Hope this helps.
