The last segment at around 20:30 was of greatest interest to me because my skills of interpreting someone explaining how we are supposed to shoot a shotgun are deficient. I understand the result of the comb height, cast off/on, length of pull, pitch, etc, but when someone starts talking about what the rib looks like they lose me. Anyway, I hope this is of interest.

Anyone interested in fitting a gun to him/her self should buy and read the Stock Fitters Bible - Removing the Mystery by Rollin Oswald. Never has so much pertinent information been compiled in one book, IMO. It goes so far as to explain the stock dimensions' relationship to shooting form and shooter size. Hunting, trap, skeet and sporting clays are all delved into.
