Just acquired Waffen-Krausser Munchen double rifle and combo gun and want to know more.

My first double rifle. Comments by the Seller. Your opinions?

"High Quality German/Austrian double rifle Ferlach (9.3X74R) with scope and extra combination barrel (7X65R & 16GA - 2 3/4") with scope.

All engraving by hand, not machine.

Has been professionally restored within the past year by high quality workmen in USA. Reblued, double rifle freshly put on face (very tight now) and high quality recoil pad to handle recoil without harm. Only fired 4 shots after restoration to sight in. Groups nicely with factory and custom hand loads.

Double rifle has original Hensoldt-Wetzlar Diavari-D 1.5-6x that was matched to gun when made and also engraved "Waffen-Krausser". Clear without fault.

Combination rifle barrel has original Karl Kahles-Wien Helia S 4X32 scope.Clear without fault."

Not sure how to use PhotoBucket, here are img dot com

Tried another way using the Forum link. But it still seems that in each image, I am showing the whole album. Is there a better way or is this proper. I have acquired several good Drillings, Combos and double rifles. I love photography and want to best use my images, easily

imgbox dot com is the easiest.

When I clicked on the links, some porn site took the images over and there was only about a second of the gun's images. In that short time, they reminded me of a Heym.

Microsoft SmartScreen finally blocked the porn site. It's good to find out it works.

Mike! Porn site! I can't believe this. When I click on my links in the OP and images from img.com are the uploads of my gun. If I can't get this under control, I am gonna ask Dave to delete this thread until I can get this under control! PORN!!!! I am very embarrassed! Very!

Marplot,
Microsoft stopped it. Raimey( ellenber) also had a problem, I think. Looking at the new photos above, it looks like Krausser built it around Heym parts. A really nice gun.

The annoying pop-up/forwarded/reloaded/ads/etc have been either been put on the targeted (file/image hosting) site and/or it's advertising (via cookies or directly added code). Anyway, protective combinations of antivirus, anti-spyware software on your computer/phone plus pop-up & auto-refreshing blocking settings within that software (ie Norton AV, Avast AV, Bit-defender AV, Microsoft security, etc) as well as in your web browser's settings can help protect you.

Do that in addition to keeping latest updates ONLY from verified sources (Microsoft, Apple, Dell, Adobe, etc.) as well as regular anti nasties scans, using proper 2 part ID/Password/phone txt/etc setup & USED with different updated passwords &/or id verifier apps can help keep your personal data secure.
You WILL want to use a powerful encrypted Password Manager to keep the increasingly complex IDs/passwords/codes/websites at hand and safe.
I am using the Norton Password Manager app & their Lifelock Dark Web, etc. capabilities to manage mine as well as find any occurrences of my ID/Password?personal info on the web.

This setup allows for automatically keeping all your devices in sync & up to date.

There are other good sets of protective software available from other companies.

Yes, things are getting much more complex & my Email/txt accounts are bombarded up to 100 times a day per account/id even tho I block automatically sending responses to the sender.

The spammers/scammers (Chinese, Russian, other semi-organized groups) are using software to generate tons of this stuff usually with slightly different typing, unique non-existent sending web-servers * such. Any embedded pictures/pixels or attached files can automatically/silently return a signal that "You Exist" and are added to the many Very Active scammer/spanner distribution lists in the dark web.

Whatever you do;
DO NOT RESPOND or OPEN LINKS/ATTACHED files in your mail.
DO NOT answer any unknown/suspicious phone calls. Let them go to voicemail & respond only to the legitimate ones when you are certain who/what it is.
These are just a different way for similar scammers to confirm your existence to be added/sold to same nasties.

Sorry for ramble but ignorance is not blissfulness these days & intensities & sophistication of attacks will be increasing exponentially with current & upcoming tensions.

Might have gotten lost in my prior ramblings but all the software & security settings ARE NOT a substitute for judicious preemptive personal decisions.
If in doubt; Don't.
If totally oblivious & certain: consider darwinawards.com

BTW: NICE Gun!
