What causes the different colour in blueing from the mono block and the barrels and what is the true value of this gun?

I don't think I want to join the site to see it. A different link perhaps?

My guess is the monobloc is different steel than the barrels.

I can't see the gun either. Beretta went through a lot of different suppliers for it's barrels from the 1930's to about 1950. I would think Jim is correct.
