I found 6 tins of it and would love to use up the powder in either 12 or 16 gauge with plastic wads if possible old style wads if not.

SuperBalistite M...Powder made by Baschieri & Pellagri in the early 1950's, later sold to Alcan. This blue colored powder is in the form of tiny lamels that thoroughly burn even. It has good ballistic properties and owing to small shares required insures inexpensive shooting. It is moisture proof and requires only very light wad pressure.
1953 Lyman Ideal Reloading Handbook No. 39 Powders for loading Skeet, Trap and Light Hunting Loads:
12 gauge: 1 oz. - 17 grains B-P Super M 12 gauge: 1 1/8 - 16 1/2 grains B-P Super M
16 gauge: 7/8 oz. - 14 grains B-P Super M 16 gauge: 1 oz. - 13 grains B-P Super M
By 1955 and 1956 it had sold to Alcan. The Super M Balistite is listed in each of those years loading handbooks, including 1958 and 1959 with the loading remaining the same as shown above, with no changes, other than the B-P initials dropped. Lyman/Ideal Handbooks 40, 41 and 42.
I have all the Ideal and later Lyman Handbooks from 1898 up through 1970 should you require any information on obsolete powders.
This was all before plastic wads, so the wads used, which are not shown, would have been fiber/card and felt wads.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Doug

To add just one little bit to what Doug has posted. Those loads would also have been put up in paper cases, along with the card & fiber/felt filler wads he mentioned. Would definitely not recommend using the same loads with plastic wads in a compression formed plastic hull.

Thanks Gents, I was hoping for modern case & wad loads but for a powder that discontinued in 1961 or so, I guess no dice. I have some older paper hulls and RST & Federal papers so I can proably put something together. Are the card and filler wads 12 gauge in a 12 gauge hull or do I use 16 gauge to fit in the hull?

Lawrence, New 12 gauge Cheddite paper hulls are available from Grafs.com as are the fiber and felt wads, over shot cards etc. 12 gauge wads, cards and over shot papers in 12 gauge paper hulls, rolled or star crimped as preferred by you. Regards,
Doug

Lawrence---I have about 500 1/2 inch 12 bore wads and about 1000 .135 inch wads also for 12 bore. If you're interested send me a PM.
