Just bought an estate of guns and a Thomas Parker was one of them. The gun is mechanically fine, lock up is tight and not losse. Bore is even bright and shiny with no pitting. The barrels are Damascus and has exposed hammers.

From what I have learned so far there isn't a lot of value. Looking for some information and an expert opinion. It's going to be for sale and just looking for a far value. Thanks for your time.

Question 1-19 is what is the country of origin?

“Parkers” made in Belgium including Parker-Smith-Williams, T. Parker, Thomas Parker (possibly by Pieper), and C. Parker & Co.
T. Parker New York were made by Crescent.
E.D. Parker shotguns with English proofmarks were listed in the 1895 Clabrough & Golcher catalog.
William Parker was a gunmaker from 1790 until 1840 and one of the forerunners of Parker, Field & Sons, High Holborn, London, 1841-1876.
The lowest grade guns marketed by P. Webley were sold under the name of Thomas Parker, London c. 1900-1920.

Country of origin is a good question. I have looked at all the proof marks and none of the look familiar to me. I'll post pics.

First thing to do is find the proof marks on the under side of the barrels. That will tell you country of origin and rule out most of the confusion. Also you can often get information like black powder proof or rough time span of proof mark for estimation of production date.

It is a Belgian made gun. Where I am, it's value would be in the $300.00 range or less depending on condition. But, you aren't where I am so I guess that doesn't help much.

Anytime you see that tower stamp and the ELG in the oval on a gun, it is going to be a Belgian gun...Geo

Thank you all very much for the information. I was also thinking it was in that $300 to $400 range.
