Your Thomas Bland does not have a swamped rib, ed. It has a concave rib. This is a swamped rib, ed: Make note of it. Best, Ted

It's a Midland Gun Co. gun. It's actually a very nice looking, nicely engraved good condition gun. It's about like most English boxlocks but with a swamp rib. Not to be rude. But if you had it to sell, it be overly priced like all your inventory.

Ed:
I had a nice Crown Grade LC Smith 16GA last year in my collection.
Should you encounter an LC Smith Crown Grade in .410 cal; please don't hesitate to contact me. There will be a generous finder's fee and a bonus should I eventually obtain said Smith. They are rare, needless to say. About six according to Lt Col Brophy. But I am sure with your contacts, one could be found easily.
I know the current owner of the rarest-a two barrel set-all original.
Of course, this offer applies to other members of our august body of double gun fanciers.
