I am going to be in Boca Raton, FL late Feb. Can anyone recommend sporting clays places to shoot in the area?

Any good double gun stores to check out also would be appreciated.

You can try Markham Park in Sunrise FL. About 30-40 minutes away. Public park, not great but OK 954-389-2005
Forget gun shops, forget gunsmiths - terrible. You can try Krieghoff (gun shop) in Vero Beach, I have heard they are fine but have no personal experience.
