was not very exciting. I have been talking to co workers about shotguns, etc...and one of them piped up that he had some "old side by sides" at his house. One he had used as a child to hunt, the other was his fathers. To say I was excited to go check them out was an understatement. Maybe thats the newbie in me showing. Would it be an old Ithaca? Parker? Fox?

Nope. 20 gauge Stevens Savage, beat to pieces, and an American Gun Co. Knickerbocker 12 gauge, beat to pieces. Oh well! Maybe next time I will get lucky!
Ha - funny, and very familiar. That kind of stuff happens to me all the time.

But every now and then something like this pops up to keep me going:

Keep looking - and good luck!

OWD-Wow, that sweet. Score indeed. The co worker's father was heavily into guns, so I was thinking "just maybe....just maybe its a winchester Model 21". Nope. LOL.

Last Dollar- Nice!

And yep...gonna keep my eyes peeled...

Jamie,
The hunt is half the fun. I'm just glad you don't live near me. I don't need any more competition..... :-)
