I recently picked up some 14ga brass for my Mullin hammer gun. It was mostly the Greener thin walled cases, but I also found some Winchester marked cases. I'm sure they would have interest to collectors and I have plenty of brass to use, so I am wondering where would be a good place to find new homes for collector cases? I have 10 total and all are in decent shape with headstamps legible, but some pitting / dings on them. Case mouths are somewhat ragged.

I'd like to purchase a Greener case as a photo prop.
John Roberts just had a thread looking for 14 ga. cases.

Ward's Collectibles is a good auction site. They have sold many items for me.
I may not have been entirely clear.

I bought the Greeners because I shoot them in my gun. In the course of buying cases to use in my gun I wound up with 10 14ga Winchester cases that are likely collectible. I'd like them to find the right home, because I'm not a cartridge collector.
They are as noted earlier they are very collectible.

You can auction on gunbroker or if you do not want the bother Ward’s Collectibles is a option too.

You could post them for sale on this page’s sale page, but I am not sure how to advise you to price them.

You may want to sell them as individual cases or in pairs rather than as a whole lot
I would be interested in one for my collection.
Been watching
What is the price for these Winchester 14 gauge brass hulls??

Thanks

I'm having custom 14ga cases made for my Husky 44. Are these cases in usable condition? How much for all ten?
During the last century, if the brass cases have been subjected to black powder and/or corrosive primers, and improperly cleaned, they might not hold up. I would not not recommend using them for hand loading. They are nice collectibles.
Sorry I fell off the earth.

As to price, I'm at a loss. I haven't found any comparables. My greeners have averaged around $10ea and they are around, but I've never seen one marked Winchester. Are they worth $30ea?

I'm not sure they would mix in well if you're having custom cases made, as these would take different size wads than RMC use.

I agree that they are more of a collectable and are not advertised as safe to shoot. They may be fine, but I can't guarantee it.

Thank you. I'll have to pass.
Maybe they're $5ea. Hell I don't know. My original intent was to find a value / collectors market. I know they're not common, or there would be more about them than a reference to a catalog on a web search.

I'm not good at putting thoughts & ideas into words.

I have no idea of the actual market value but I'd gladly give $20 for one just for the 'cool' value of it sitting on my loading bench.
