I'll be stuck in Las Vegas this weekend. Rather than reducing my net worth at the casinos I'm hoping there are some decent gun shops to visit. Any suggestions?

Hi Steve,
I go to LV a few times each year and have never found a gun shop of any interest or quality. I'm hoping I'll learn something from others on this question. Just look in the yellow pages and see for yourself. Probably the best bet would be the gun room at the Bass Pro shop, south of town.

What about the range where you can rent submachine guns? Anybody been there?

You could check out the Bunny Ranch.

I would suggest you call ,Cecil fredi and visit his blank farm. Cecil welcomes visitors and you can go thru his warehouse & pull out as many blanks to look at as you wish. Last I heard, Cecil has approx. 30,000 blanks on hand. Those that told me they have been there say they will not go back to Vegas again without visiting Cecil. ken

There is also the Silverton casino off Blue Diamond which has a Bass Pro shop fine gun room.

The chance to see 30,000 blanks should not be passed up by anyone. You might find a blank that will inspire you to up grade a gun in the future. Next time that I get to Vegas I will be certain to save a few hours to visit the wood pile.

I second Ken's advise. I think of all the wasted time I've spent in Vegas and never took the time to drop in on Cecil.

I know it wont ever happen again!

I can look at gun's all over the place, but there are only a few places to fondle nice wood outside the privacy of your home.
