Anybody ever hear of one of these? I saw one in a gunshop this weekend. BLNE and a POW grip with a snap-on forearm I could not get off. The right barrel had "Special Smokeless Steel" stamped into it, and Keystone stamped on the action, which was case-colored. It was a 28" gun that was very muzzle heavy. I assume it's a "hardware store" of some sort that was not unattractive. The proprietor called it a Keystone/Fulton model. I have no idea where the Fulton part came from.

I don't know what the "Keystone ..." in the name means, but if it's a Hunter Arms Fulton model, it looks like this. If it is the same as this gun, possibly "Keystone" was a large retailer that had their name put on it.

I have a number of Fultons, and have seen many more. It would not surprise me to see one so labeled. They were called Ranger-Special ( without the Fulton name..and others which I cannot recall..

The one I pictured is a 20g 28" barreled extractor gun. It weighs 6.5 lbs exactly and is F/M choked. I picked it up in NJ for $500 during a shopping spree with Builder last year. I've seen them for much much more and some about the same. The down side is that the left barrel failed to sufficiently dent the primers a couple weeks ago on a SD phez hunt. No prob, I ordered the springs from Numrich and they're here now.

I have a 12 ga Single shot that was my grandfathers,it is marked Keystone Arms, I was told it was made for the EK Tyron co. of Phila.

Checking my 1926 E.K. Tryon catalogue I find the Keystone single, for $11 with extractor and $12 with ejector. Looks very similar to the Iver Johnsons. No Keystone double that year though.

They also had guns called Vulcan which were very obviously Crescents both doubles and singles and even used the same model numbers as the Crescents in a 1926 H&D Folsom catalogue.
