Nice gun, but I'm seeing an 03, not a Krag. What did it go for?
I've always wanted to own a Krag sporter and that one looked like a very nice one.
But I'm in the distribution phase of my life, not the acquisition phase, so I doubt I'll ever bother.
Really nice rifle. I have a very nice one also. I'm work8ng on better loads for it.
I periodically look for nice Krag sporters like this one. I passed on one at a local gun shop the year I graduated college (1000 years ago). I didn’t go after this one because I was negotiating another double rifle purchase (arriving tomorrow!) and I was thrown off by the bolt pic in photo #12. Looked like damage.
Nice rifle for $600 plus 21% BP.
