Except in what appear to be some Poison Sumac leaves and bird species this pic could have been taken in East Prussia. The gun of choice would then be East German made clunker with 68cm barrels. Those German guns are particularly cherished in Minnesota, Wisconsin,......You know, where they make cheese.
Gee, I thought English made guns with 76cm barrels were made to shoot partridges und pheasants "off a peg".
