OP Chris Schotz Sidelock Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 568 Western, NY	He patented this in 1878, there is a picture of one in the Sept 11 1879 issue of Forest & Stream in the Wm Read ad. Does anyone own one or even seen one? I'd like a photograph of the tool/machine if possible. Thanks, Chris

I seem to remember one appeared here many years ago. It certainly had more parts, as I recall. I did a search and do not find the thread. Not the sort of tool you see every day.
