I usually just install the IC and MOD chokes and leave them. As a result of negligently failing to remove and clean the choke tubes on this gun, at least periodically, one of them is now stuck fast. Liquidwrench did not work. Any suggestions?

Yea, that'll happen if they are not lubed pretty well when installing. I got one loose once with Kroil, but would think your product would work as well. Suggest soak it well and let it stand, then try again. A bit of heat on the exterior the barrel will help when you try again after the soak, something like a hair dryer or heat gun, not a live flame.

You may also wish to place a wooden block over the tube's end and give it a couple of 'fraps' or slight but firm taps to help break the bond and also acquire a small plastic handled 'strap wrench' sold by plumbing supply companies to protect the finish on polished fixtures. The strap wrench can be quite handy removing recalcitrant choke tubes as it provides more leverage than the average factory choke tube wrench and will not mark or distort the tube.

Soaking for 24 hours, submerged in a glass or tin with any of the mentioned products, then using a hair dryer to heat it well, then something to leverage your choke key, depending on the key a small metal pipe could work for this.
And the taps with a wooden block will help also.
