Ugartechea seems to be an under rated brand, IMO. Try reading Terry Weiland's "Spanish Best" for a very good history and accunting of the brand, as well as other Spanish makes. They have historically been the arch rival to AyA, and although they certainly have turned out guns to the American price market, they also make several lines of excellent higher end guns. I think that's a pretty good price (the $1,150 gun you found) for that particular model. I have a number of Spanish guns, including this brand, AyA, and three of the older higher grade Victor Sarasqueta guns. Two of my Ugartechea guns are their highest models, direct clones of Merkel 303 sidelock O/U's. I also own a Merkel 303, and side by side, the Ugartechea "copies" are better made in every respect. They just don't bring as much, and that's in your favor. The old adage "Buy the gun, not the name" certainly applies here. Because they do seem to bring less than the better known Spanish brands such as AyA, you're $$ ahead. They will give excellent service.
