The thread on "Engraved Dogs" was just too beautiful to stink up with this, so I moved it over here. Perhaps, on a lighter note, you could post pictures of any bloopers, Darwins' or Clunker Deluxe's over here.

I think I have one by the same "artist" Though I think it looks more like pointing Pluto and flying Daffy.

I don't have a picture but a friend was taking the gunsmithing school at Montgoumery Tech. During the engraving part of the school a friend requested that he engrave a double shotgun as a project. He sent the gun and it was a Stevens 311. The guns owner requested that he engrave 3 ducks on the gun.

The gun went back to the owner with 3 ducks, Huey, Dewey, and Louie

Good one, Huey, Dewey and Louie! I guess there was a time when double guns were actually "politically correct" with Disney.

Can you ID this double? Is it an Elmer Fudd Gd VI??

Maybe with special pump action forend and full auto capability?

That first gun is a work of art compared to this Basque blooper.

Wish I could post the "marching in review" Nazi duck on the bottom of a BSW field grade double I had. Evil looking bird; snide snipe, greedy grebe....some kinda water foul.
