Thanks, Terry. I called Galazan's before posting and they told me that they 'did not have the authority' to provide his phone number. For Chrissakes, did they think I was going to call him up and insult him or something?

For Chrissakes, did they think I was going to call him up and insult him or something? Mike, I had a Fox client that asked Galazan the same question and received the same answer. He solved that problem by using an engraver that is, IMO, at least as talented as Mr. DeMunck.

Thanks. I have a number of engravers that I can call on to do what I need. But Pete Mazur suggested that Jim was the best recut guy he knows. So I wanted to do my diligence and see if he could help with this little project.
