yep, sometimes light, then sometimes she fires and the primer impact seems very heavy??

the serial number is 208179. I have not taken it apart yet, but while checking the serial number i found several scratches where the last gunsmith took it apart. Now I am really upset I had the entire gun redone several years ago and it looked like it just came out of the box. Winters Gun shop in Mount Holly NJ did the work really nice.
I will give Dewey Vicknair a call and see if he can work on them, I know a lot of guys are mistified by SXS guns.

I would definately give Dewey a call, he's one of the best vintage gunsmith's in the country and located close to you. Dewey is going to be at the Central Pa SxS shoot May 15th at Blue Ridge Sportsmans Club outside of Harrisburg. Come on out and shoot and if you contact Dewey and you want him to do the work, you could give him the gun there.
