I just had a most satisfactory experience with Rich Cole's shop.
Just a small part order, but very prompt service and they even agreed to mail the small order instead of adding $14 to the UPS coffers.
The trick is call, don't use the internet order, just call them and they are most agreeable.
Their Beretta parts inventory is impressive.

Good to hear. I am headed up there Monday to talk to them about various potential upgrades to a Beretta 686 WOS. So far everything I have heard about them here and on other boards has been very positive.
Such a long, long time to be gone, and a short time to be there.

They put double triggers in my 686 some years back, quick and clean! The way a shop should be run, IMHO.
My problem lies in reconciling my gross habits with my net income.

I've dealt with Cole's for almost 10 years now. I've bought guns from them and had work done by them and they've never been anything but great.
