Hi all do they sell fine grade vertex wire wheels with wooden centres for use in blueing in the usa the price over here has gone through the roof

BB have you tried the wheels from Clarke Tools? cheap Chinese but they do the job.

Try www.brushresearch.com, makers of the FlexHone products. They have a line of nylon wheels in various thicknesses that outlast wire wheels and come in a number of different sizes.
