My friends at the German Gun Collectors Club over at germanguns.com are looking for a spot to have questions & answers and they were even kind enough to provide a moderator! My friend Steve Meyer (BBS member #65 from way back when!) will be moderating this section and I expect he will do a wonderful job. Let the posting begin! TEW Boxlock Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 5	I need info. On a 30-06 rifle with the name J. Fanzoj Ferlach on the barrel. It also has Imported Arms INC. Chamblin on it. Could any one tell me any thing about it please. I can not find any thing on it. It belonged to my Grand Dad. Thanks TEW

Run With The Fox Sidelock Joined: May 2008 Posts: 8,158 Likes: 114 Michigan	Hallo und Welkommen-- first thing I would look for are stamped proof marks- also the 30-06 will most likely be in metric-- .308 x 63mm is the NATO equal to our 30-06, just as .308 x 51mm is that for the .308 Win... Photos would also be helpful- sounds like a fine weapon- Ferlach is know for top quality Austrian weapons-- "The field is the touchstone of the man"..
