Help me identify this powder measure

I was wondering if anyone can identify this old powder measure. It is adjustable from 4 drams to 5 drams. It is stamped 1886 on the underside of the opening lever. I can not make out the stampings though they look some what like D & B.
Does anyone recognize this measure?

Patent #1984 of 1869 granted to James Dalziel Dougal,St;James Street, Westminster,Middlesex; Gunmaker and William Bartram,Sheffield, Yorkshire. Described as ;"A new or improved apparatus for filling cartridges." Bartram was an established manufacturer of reloading tools.

Is this a great website or what? Chris, if you're looking for a home for that measure, we have a friend who purchased a real big Dougal Lockfast single at the Vintagers and would be quite interested in the measure for his case. Bill Murphy

Thanks for the information. I bought a small group of loading tools and most I've never seen before, including this one. I appreciate your help. I haven't seen you in a few years, I hope all is going well in the Great White North.
