Can anyone recommend a gunsmith located in the western states that can reassemble a Parker? The closer to Wyoming the better.

Contact David Yale in Delta, Colorado. He is very qualified to help you. His number is: 970-874-1088.
Is there any particular phase of reassembling the gun we can help you with?

Thanks Joe, The gun in question does not belong to me. The "gunsmith" that originally disassembled the gun for annealing/engraving/case coloring and hardening has refused to reassemble the gun even when payment was offered.

Wyobird: You may also consider Kirk Merrington in Kerrville TX. And... anyone who strips down a gun but refuses to reassemble it should be viewed with great suspicion.

Be very suspicious of warping that the "gunsmith" probably fears.
It is very easy to warp parts due to overheating in the process of color case hardening.
I smell trouble brewing.

It almost sounds as if he tried to assembly it, and like stated, something is warped and now refuses to proceed. The next guy will know, it is just a shame to have to find another to do it.

I've heard DelGrego may be able to fix a warped frame.

I have had two Parkers tweek a little after teh case colors were redone. one took almost eight hours or refitting the barrels but all is well with them now. Both were done by different case color people so it doesn't seem to be the fault of the recase color guys.

Show us those before and after pics of torch colors that accurately duplicate original factory bone charcoal case colors again. Oh wait, we never got to see those. Something tells me we never will.
