I also will take 1,000, blue color sounds good; would prefer 67.5mm, but will take 70mm

I would take 1,000. 2-3/4" unprimed. Blue is good. How about a dark navy with gold or yellow lettering.

Wow, that's nearly 20k as it is.Closer to 40k if we all take 2000 hulls.
I think it's gonna work out just fine any way we cut it.

No primers seems to be the best way to go. That way anyone's load recipe will work with whatever primers they can get ahold of.
I'll be plugging the primer pockets with cap anvils, swaging the rims down in diameter, and drilling them for firing pins anyway.
As for color, I'll just have Mike Graf send me examples of Cheddite paper colors and go from there.

Hey Dave, you seeing what's going on here?
 Got any comments?

I'm interested in some paper 16-ga also.
Anyone with experience know how many load-cycles we can expect out of low-pressure 16-ga in a paper hull?

 Thanks.

BM,On my Fed papers at 2 3/4" length shooting in a 2 9/16" chamber, I get about 3 loads at about 6500 psi/1150fps and the inside of the crimp area starts to delaminate and loose pieces. I haven't determined if it's from shooting 2 3/4" in a shorter chamber or it's just normal. Some of the guys at the range talked about a hot mandrel to remelt the wax that binds the laminated paper to revitalize the hulls.
