I have my eye on one of these (scalloped boxlock, deep engraving, 12 gauge with one set of barrels, made in the early 80's) but can't find any real information on them. Is this an in-house design? Can anyone enlighten me a bit? Any hazards as to a good price point (there is no case)?

In July 1986 A W.R catalogue in my collection gives the price for the Connaught 12G shotgun as 3,150 pounds. By comparison their detachable lock shotgun in 12G sold for 9500 pounds. Here is what W.R.said in their literature about the Connaught gun.
