Has anybody worked with these guys on case coloring? I am redoing my childhood Sterlingworth and would like it case colored.

Tom,they case colored a 20 ga Smith frame for me several years ago and did a great job and fast turn around.No warpage either.Anyone have their phone number and address? I think they moved since i used them.Bobby

If you are looking to get OEM Fox colors, you should inquire with them first to see if they are doing cyanide casehardening as done originally with your Fox. The website for Classic Guns just shows bone and charcoal casehardening listed. Also, none of their pictures in the gallery show cyanide casehardened guns. I was recently the victim  of several member's criticism on the non-OEM case colors on my Fox.   From what came of the discussion, there was mention of some outfit (I believe in NY state, not Turnbull) still doing cyanide casehardening. Not many still doing that.

I think Del Grego is in NY, and they do cyanide case hardening, but pretty sure they will only work on Parkers.
