I am aware of some of the Japanese gun makers but wonder if any of the other asian countries had double gun makers. China,Indonesia,Korea, etc.? They had enough game and people of means to support some production.

I have read a few articles about Ferlach and engraving schools in Italy who have had students/graduates from Indonesia, Korea, Japan, etc. So yes...I'm sure they are out there. I imagine there are more than a few "schooled" gunmakers residing in countries like the Philipines, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, etc. All of these countries have gun making industries. Not sure about double guns, but they are all capable of making extremely high quality weapons.

There was Korean involvement in one generation of the Miroku/Browning BSS. Don't remember if it was parts sourcing or assembly, but some of the BSSs are so marked.

A few years ago there were a bunch of Win 97 clones that came in from China. Not fakes, just clones.

In Pakistan one can purchase a fully functioning clone of any weapon small or large. They are masters at that art!

Good looking gun and the wood looks like it could be spectacular. Any more info on it?

I know way too much about Pakastani and Afghan gun making processes to buy one. There are no standards, and (present shotgun excepted) are kinda poorly made.

Agree that they are highly skilled at their arts, turning a lump of steel into a gun, but essentially individual gunmakers and are pretty much winging it or copying a pattern, flying by the seat of their trousers.
