Very nice. I had a military version, one of those rebored to 8x57,,always thought the smooth action would make for a great sporter. Never got to that point though!

I agree with Kutter, they have very smooth actions. I have
hopes of building sporters on these actions as well. Way back
in the 60's, Golden State or Santa Fe sold sporterized versions of these rifles in 308, they were called the "Trailmaster". Thanks
for starting this thread. I enjoyed looking at the pictures of
what others have done.
