I know this has been beaten to death, But I needed to vent just a little bit. Yesterday marked the passing of the one year mark since I ordered my RBL from Galazans. I know it's going to be shipped someday and I'm still hopeing that the wait will be worth it.
I had no idea when I ordered on the 28th of September last year that I would be making a post like this because I have not taken posession of it and have no idea when I will. I would feel different if I had ordered later in the year and was told that it would be over a year wait but that isn't the case I placed my paid in full order in the first business week after the offer hit the internet.
Just a thought: if I had not paid my credit card off when the bill for this gun came the discount would have been wiped out!

Married my first wife almost as soon as we met. Married the second after a two year wait. No question which one was worth the wait. I hope that RBLs are the same. I have three ordered, already have grey hair and got into line after you did.

All the SxS's that I made custom orders for were at the very LEAST one year. It's tough, I know, but it's worth it.
I'm having a gun restocked, and I've been waiting for its return for about 3 months less than you folks have been waiting for your RBL. I'll likely be waiting longer.
Hang in there, you're close.

Ordered my RBL on the first day and paid in full. RBL would have been sent at the end of August but I told CSMC I wanted full engraving coverage as advertised. My RBL is in UPS transit and will arrive Tuesday. Will apprise this Forum of opinion of the gun with photos.
Note: 1 year for a bespoke shotgun is not a lot of time. This is not a true bespoke shotgun and is a startup model so the time is what I would expect. Tony is the ONLY manufacturer in the US that I would have paid upfront for a gun like this. -Dick

Placed my payed in full order 9/27/05, received confirmation letter 10/1/05, so my years wait has also arrived. From what I have seen of other guns already delivered it will be worth the wait.
I keep thinking about opening the case for the first time, trying to imagine what that exibition grade wood will look like.Hopefully it will be an early Christmas ;>) Bob
