I just ordered this Victor Sarasquetta today and it is enroute to me. From what I can tell comparing to the catalogues I have found online and the dealers description it may be a Mod. 7E. As soon as it comes in I'll take more pictures, but for now here is the dealers picture to me. Anyone else care to hazard a guess as to what model it mat be? The 7E and above in the catalogues had the little screw in the side of the forend iron. It is a pretty gun. 12 gauge, 28" barrels, ejector, I think five pin sidelocks but may be seven, double triggers, wood butt pad and decent oil finished wood.

Hard to tell by the pic. But it looks like an 8E.... WhIch has Purdey style scroll. A 7E would have more bold scroll. I''ve owned and enjoyed both models. They're both finished to the same level... Just different engraving. I'll post pics later for comparison.
