I have to be in San Antonio for a few days and may have a few hours to spare. Any recommendations for double gun shops that may offer some decent windowshopping?

No doublegunshops I know of. That said, you can often find a few nice things (to include doubleguns) at Nagels. Least I assume it is still there and open.

Alamo Sporting Arms, not many side by side but if you like K-80 they have them!

Cook-Winston is in Borne just outside SA and they have a good selection of high end doubles.

great time of year to be in south texas. but, do bring your winter gear, as temp can change quickly. could be 80 at 10 am, with no wind; and then drop down to 35 by 4 pm, with a heavy gale blowin...and do go to the alamo.

When I'm in San Antonio, I like to drop in to:
Bass Pro Shops
Nagel's Gun Shop
Dury's Gun Shop
And I usually run to Buda to visit Cabela's.
Haven't been to Cook-Winston, I'll make an effort to check them out the next time I'm down that way.
