A guy I used to shoot with bought a CZ .410. Similar issues. Would not chamber his reloads, nor one brand of factory shells. Sent the gun back. In his case, they sent him a new gun. Whatever you think of Turkish guns, CZ does have a good reputation for customer service.

If tight chambers are a known problem they should be checking for that before they send the gun to the buyer. That would be superior customer service.

Got the barrels back, 1 day there and they shipped them out. Great service, but an additional cost to me for a problem that should not have happened. Still a little tighter than the Browning and Spanish but my reloads seem to just fit with a light push. Chambers measure to TIGHT Saami 2 1/2" spec but not the 3" which they should since it is a 3" gun! Will report back later this week on my results.
Thanks, YooperJ

Shot at skeet targets today and did fair. The front trigger pull is heavy, caused a couple of misses. The chambers handled the reloads, but still hard to extract. The chambers still measure tight but not as tight as before (.474 to now .477) My Browning 3" measures at .481 and the reloads work fine and eject good. Probably going to call CZ tomorrow and discuss it with them. My English stocked 202 is the same, I never fired that one yet and probably see what they have to say. The first one I had I returned to the retailer because you could not latch down the fore arm.
Thanks, YooperJ

Just called about the chambers and they said they are all on the tight side?? Why, because they use CIP specs, not Saami. They said, use factory ammo, if that works then there is no problem. I said who shoots any volume of 410 using factory ammo and out of a low priced gun? No answer except that if it shoots factory, it's okay.
Next was a question on trigger pulls. They set them to 7# for liability purposes. If gun is sent in it will be adjusted to 7#. If trigger is below that, it will be corrected to 7#.
Not liking these responses at all. If you plan to shoot reloads, think twice about buying one of these guns. I guess I could bring it to a gunsmith and have him correct the problems.
Thanks, YooperJ

I had a Remington 870 Express with a rough chamber that shells would stick in occasionally. I took a bore brush, wrapped steel wool around it, dipped it in automotive rubbing compound (the orange stuff, basically a mild abrasive) and spun it in the chamber with a power drill. As a result the chamber glistened like a mirror and I've had no more stuck shell problems since. I realize you don't have a rough chamber problem but nonetheless I suggest you try doing the same with your .410. Steve

It is a price point gun in a litigious world. Triggers and tight chambers are a safety matter. Most blow ups are caused by reloads so if reloads do not fit you have to use factory which should be safer. Seven pound triggers are almost impossible to trip even if your gun was dropped with the safety off. I do not blame the maker for either item it just protects them from possible lawsuits.
If it were mine I would send it out and have the chambers polished or enlarged as needed. Then have the triggers set for a lighter, more user friendly pull. Just do not return for factory service or they will return triggers to factory settings. You are not talking about a five grand custom shotgun here so expect a few easily fixed issues to make a cheap gun into a fun gun to shoot.

My experience, FWIW:
I have two Huglu .410 SxS shotguns. Had them for years, shot them a lot. Never had a problem. I shoot only factory ammunition. I've never noticed the triggers' break weights, much less had any problems with them. And yes, they are made to comply with C.I.P. standards.
It's nice when a C.I.P. standard gun works with SAAMI standard ammunition, but unreasonable to expect it.

Buy a flat or two of factory .410 shells, shoot'em and reload them. No re-sizing necessary if shot out the same gun. Same can be done by loading unfired, primed hulls which would keep the costs down. BP has the 2.5" ready to load for $9.79/100.
