I've shot a bunch of them in 12ga in my SBT; they're about the cheapest shells around here unless you find something on sale.  I'm not much of a technocrat; they broke the targets when I hit 'em.

That's exactly what I used them for shoot then cut down to 2 1/2 inch.  I was not concerned about pressure or stock damage to my Parker Trojan.  If a lighter gun with delicate stock, something real fine, I would go for the RST's instead. 
 Shells are cheap stock repairs expensive.

Guys, Thanks for the information. I think they should be OK in this Scott. It's proved for 1 oz., has square crossbolt on a sidelock action, and weighs 5'14".Barrel wall thickness is .025 at 18" from breech end of barrels.I may get some RST's next time around.  Regards, Marcus |  |  |

I shot them in my Remington model 31 and occasionally the shel seemed to hang up on ejection. When I compared the spent shell to other brand it seemed a bit longer?? |  |  |

They might be a little longer. All I know is that I cannot use them in my circa 1920 Model 12 in 16 (I tried, not even close). That is an RST only gun. |  |  |

I have a 1914 M12 16ga and it's a 2 9/16" chambered gun. I use 2 1/2" Spredr loads. Of course it's full choke. |  |  |

Yes, 2 9/16. What is funny is that M12 20s from the same era will shoot some 2 3/4 shells w/o any trouble, and yet those guns are 2 1/2-inch chambers. Only some shells, mind you. Winchester and Remington seem to work, Federals won't and will hang-up on ejection. |  |  |
