With the discontinuation this year of IMR 4756 and IMR 7625, I'd like to ask him if he has had a chance to investigate any other powders lately.

You might want to contact Tom Armbrust at 815-385-0037. Tom did all of the ballistic testing for Mr. Bell and I am sure he has data not included in or developed after Mr. Bell's article was published. I am using a load tested by Mr. Armbrust but unfortunately it uses SOLO 1250 which has also been discontinued and I will be looking for a new load when my current supply runs out

The people at the Double Gun Journal will also forward a letter to him. That said, I'd be willing to bet he is in the twin cities this weekend for the MWC show.
I've run into him a few times here.
