OP tomcountry Sidelock Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 41 upstate ny	i was snooping around local gunshop this morning ,dealer showed me an old Ithaca 12 ga with Damascus barrels .it has some engraving on bottom of locks serial#21354 with 1 stamped under serial number.is it safe to assume its a grade 1 something?plus how do we know if its a flues, minier,crass or ?Iam a lc smith guy,know squat about ithacas. thanks for any info. tom

These usually sell pretty cheap because there is not a lot of collector interest unless high grade or very good original condition.
