I know that everyone is aware that the Southern SxS is this weekend. Deep River has added a pump gun event for Thursday 12-3. I guess it's something for the early birds to do, as the vendors setup. I am bringing a M12.
The weather looks to be hot, or rainy, or both. Tweeds might be a bit warm.
Our fellow poster from the UK, Toby Barclay, is bringing freshly restored and reproofed guns with him. He'll be in the first tent. Toby sponsors the Black Powder event. I was winning the event one year until the ear of my left hammer parted ways with the gun. The piece was found and has been put back in place. Maybe this year I can win the BP event.
