The most entertaining "Three Word Story" topic reminds me of the English Lit. professor who required his class to write a brief theme that must include sex, death, and religion.
One sharp female student immediately handed in her theme that went: "My mother died, my God, I'm pregnant."

Then there is the sad, six word novel: "For sale: baby shoes, never worn."

The Baby shoes was attributed to Ernest Hemingway. Don't know if he wrote it himself or if someone else did.

Six word novels are great if they either tell a story or give you so much information that you fill in all the blanks. My favorite is:
Daddy's shotgun, gonna be a wedding.

From a now-passed friend: "That was the summer we discovered chickens couldn't swim." I never heard the rest of that story.

"A man was born, he lived, and he died." Lucy reading to Linus.
Linus said there must have been a lot of interesting things that went on between his birth and death.

Just watched it last weekend. Arthur Carlson's classic line "As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly" My all time favorite sit-com and specific episode.
The world cries out for such: he is needed & needed badly- the man who can carry a message to Garcia
