I'm interested in the new FAIR Rizzini doubles in a 28 gauge and I'm wondering if there is anyone that owns one. I'm looking at one with a single trigger and I'm wondering how reliable that would be.

Our group has a bunch of FAIR (Cortona) O/U's and they are pretty darn nice guns. No experience with their SxS's, but my 28ga O/U is on a dedicated frame. ST in the 16, 20, and 28 has been fine, but the .410 is finicky about the second shot. Fit and finish seem to be on par with my Beretta 687 SPII and B. Rizzini/Sig guns.

I have a FAIR (Verona) O/U two gauge set, 28 and .410. Great trigger, no problems with mine resetting when .410 barrels are in place. Unbelievable quality for the price. Only drawback with lots of these Italian guns, for me, is that they are stocked too high, not enough drop.

Sorry, can't speak to quality of their S x Ss.

Can't speak on the sxs, but I have a O/U in 28 guage model 723 FAIR Rizzini, box lock with side plates outlined in gold wire scroll. ST, and have never had an issue, it was and still is one of my go to guns for crows, and I usd it exclusively in Alaska for all the upland birds, and hairs.
FAIR makes a nice little gun for the money that won't break the bank.
