I just bought a used Darne 24 gauge that I will pick up tomorrow. Looking forward to shooting some dove with it this week.

I have a Belgian Byard double hammer gun circa 1936 and a G.E.Lewis double hammer gun made 1873 both 24's. I use Fiocchi ammo and reloads in brass Magtech cases. Not used often but sometimes get the odd outing when I feel like using something a bit different. Lagopus.....

I bought 2 cases from them a few weeks ago at $10 a box on sale. I think there was 4 boxes left at that time. I guess they dropped the price further for the last of them.

Would like to see photos of the Bayard 24. I have Original Diana's in 16 and 28, hammer guns, and still shoot a Sandor (distributor) made in Ferlach hammer 24, loading my own most of the time.
