It is not uncommon to see 2 bore marks, and .1 mm = .004" difference was allowed for the Second Obligatory Proof, and the barrels remarked.
The fourth "Optional test with smokeless powder" was offered starting in 1891, but was not mandatory for shotguns until after 1924.
