I was referred here by the PGCA. I have a WW Greener hammer gun, serial number 160xx. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the date of manufacture and where on the web I might be able to get more info on this gun. I know I can write Greener and I intend to, but was hoping for something now. Thanks

Greener's book shows it to be made in 1876. I know it seems old, but I shoot one often that was made in 1879.

1876! It's just gettin broke in!! I shoot a Parker 1878 - no problem. Seriously though this thing shows very little wear.
