Ford(Curtis Michael Ford) aka Der Ami is a bit under the weather in rehab in Opelika, Alabama and like to have died due to being stubborn about going to the doctor with an intestinal infection, not virus. By the time they diagnosed the issue, he was in dire straits and COPD almost got him. With 78 years, he is doing better each day & progressing but has about 20 additional days in EAMC(East Alabama Medical Center) and has been hospitalized since August 15.....
I had noticed that Ford had not posted in a month, which was very odd & it took me a week or so to catch up w/ someone in the know.... I know I look forward to seeing Ford back on the board soon.....

Can’t fault him a bit for his mistrust of the medical system. That said, I hope he recovers in spite of them, and returns to form, soon.

BTW, "Run With The Fox" (Francis Morin) has not completely recovered either, and hasn't rejoined us. Remember him too, please.
