Already hearing good things about birds numbers this Spring. I'll be listening for drummers myself in a few days.

It is only a mere 120-days now, so...prepare yourselves.
I'm packing cloths for both cold & wet (fishing anyone?) so I'm ready for anything. If time (& the Border Patrol) allows, I'm going to try to make an excursion up to the Northwest Angle this trip, even if it's just for a day and a dinner. I'll have my passport card and a Colorado vehicle (that matches my ID) so hopefully the Feds don't get too-confused this time (on a wine & liquor buying trip a few years ago to Rainy River, my Minnesota-licenced car and my New Hampshire brother had them a bit unsettled).
One of the island resorts up there advertises grouse hunting so...we'll see.
