I picked up this Greener hammergun and am waiting until tomorrow to take it to the sporting clays range and shoot it. It is tight and clean from top to bottom, with an original leather case…

Great find; well done. Looks a bit like a trap gun. Just can't quite read the inscription on the oval on the top rib nearest the breech. Does it read Patent Ejector? Lagopus.....

I think the barrels are 3 Iron British Best but if you would post a close up of about 8" of barrel with the most contrast could confirm.
We might be able to provide more insight with a full size close up of the barrel flats and just forward of the flats.

I am familiar with Greener's Treble Wedge Fast patent but are my eyes deceiving me or does that rib read Treble Edge Fact? An illiterate engraver?
