It appears well cared for, and unmolested. It will take very little to get it into shape.
Those are some of the clearest proof house stampings I’ve seen in a long time.
A good barrel cleaning and inspection and you should be right as rain.

Just curious as to how you could arrive at such a thorough assessment of this piece from three photos, with none of the buttstock, forend, top or bottom of the frame, or an entire barrel/bores photo? It appears to me to be a decent old brown gun of good lineage, with some potential to be freshened up to a certain point short of full restoration, and nothing more, just by the three photos given.
